García-Ortells Abogados is an independent legal boutique specialised in Private Litigation, Public Litigation and Arbitration, performing this speciality in the following branches of law: Building-Real Estate, Public Contracting (especially of Infrastructures and Public Building Works), Civil Property Law and Commercial Law.

The firm was founded following the premise of both practical and academic legal rigour, with the aim of giving each customer customised, close and warm treatment, seeking –from a stance of personal and professional honesty- the entire satisfaction of the legal-financial interests of the individuals and companies who place their trust in the firm.

With this aim the firm is comprised of professionals from the legal-financial sector; international companies and firms with outstanding legal quality, as well as by renowned jurists from the university realm. In this sense, García-Ortells Abogados is comprised of people with a strong practical vocation and who are undergoing ongoing legal training; which implies that most of them, apart from being lawyers, doctors at law and university professors; a matter that allows us to practice our profession with quality and commitment, using strategic negotiation and conveying our ethics and values on highly complex legal issues.

Among our customers we have private individuals, private companies –large and medium sized- and Public Administrations to whom we render highly customised ongoing advisory services, ensuring a highly active degree of listening on what the customer needs to ensure an effective response to their needs.
